Städte gelten wieder als attraktiv – in unterschiedlicher Bedeutung. Das 21. Jahrhundert gilt als „urban age“. Das heißt zunächst, dass von nun an mehr Menschen in Städten leben werden als außerhalb. Zugleich wächst die Weltbevölkerung markant.
