Zusammenfassung
In „Bestrafen der Armen“ habe ich gezeigt, dass die sich im Laufe des letzten Vierteljahrhunderts vollziehende Rückkehr des Gefängnisses an die institutionelle Frontlinie moderner Gesellschaften keine politische Reaktion auf durch Kriminalität bedingte Unsicherheit darstellt.
