Aber in der Rezeption des Buchs und Goldies Reaktionen darauf kristallisierte sich eine Idee heraus, die Goldie in den folgenden Jahren immer deutlicher zu einer eigenen Position innerhalb philosophischer Emotionstheorien ausarbeitete.
