Von der Grounded-Theory-Methodologie zur Situationsanalyse

Zusammenfassung

Es ist mein Ziel, die Grounded-Theory-Methode dahin gehend zu überarbeiten und zu erneuern, dass Ansätze zur gegenstandsverankerten Theoriebildung postmodernen Verschiebungen in der Sozialtheorie und qualitativen Forschung noch stärker Rechnung tragen.

Der Beitrag ist der Übersetzung des 2005 erschienenen Buches „Situational Analysis“ von Adele E. Clarke entnommen. Wesentliche Teile entstammen dem. Kapitel sowie dem Prolog. Die Übersetzung aus dem amerikanischen Englischleistete Juliane Sarnes. Das Literaturverzeichnis wurde für diesen Abdruck stark gekürzt. Weitere Hinweise finden sich deswegen auf http://www.situationsanalysis.com/ bzw. in den Buch ausgaben. Die deutsche Ausgabe der „Situationsanalyse“ wird von Reiner Keller (in der Reihe „Interdisziplinäre Diskursforschung“) herausgegeben und erscheint 2011 im VS Verlag für Sozialwissenschaften. Redaktionelle Bearbeitungen des vorliegenden Beitrages wurden von Günter Mey und Reiner Keller vorgenommen.
