Zusammenfassung
Das klassische normative Paradigma hat handlungstheoretisch ausgedient. Der Systemtheoretiker Luhmann hat sich davon ebenso abgewendet wie die Neo-Institutionalisten. Das interpretativ-interaktionistische Paradigma ist von der Luhmannschen Systemtheorie, von Giddens Strukturationstheorie und von Essers situationslogischer Tiefenerklärung innerhalb der Rational-Choice Theorie absorbiert worden, was den drei Paradigmen zu mehr handlungstheoretischer Substanz verholfen hat.
