Zusammenfassung

Nach einer knappen Beschreibung der Sozialen Netzwerkanalyse und ihrer Verwandtschaft zum Strukturalismus werden aktuelle Ansätze des methodologischen Individualismus und der Rational Choice Soziologie vorgestellt. Im Zentrum steht dabei theoretische Integration der Netzwerkperspektive in ein entsprechendes Mikro-Makro-Modell. Abschließend wird zusammenfassend die Vereinbarkeit von Methodologischem Individualismus, Rational Choice Soziologie und Sozialer Netzwerkanalyse diskutiert.
