Im postmodernen humanwissenschaftlichen Raum, zu dem auch die Pädagogik gehört, wird heute in Lettland wie in vielen anderen Ländern auf Ideen von Wygotski, seinen Kollegen und Nachfolgern zurückgegriffen, d. h. auf die sogenannte sozial-kulturelle Schule1.
