Interessenvermittlung als Analyseobjekt ist im Laufe des letzten Jahrzehnts zu einem integralen Bestandteil der Akteursanalyse und der Analyse politischer Prozesse auf europäischer Ebene geworden. Dennoch gelingt es konkreten Studien zur europäischen Interessenvermittlung nach wie vor nicht, einen kausalen Zusammenhang zwischen lobbyingstrategischen Entscheidungen von Akteuren und auf europäischer Ebene angesiedelten Interessen- und Akteurskonstellationen herzustellen. Wie im Folgenden ausgeführt wird, fehlt vor allem eine detaillierte Analyse von Akteursbeziehungen innerhalb des Lobbyings. Darum wird in diesem Beitrag die Frage aufgeworfen, welche Bedeutung Beziehungen zwischen unterschiedlichen privaten Akteuren sowie zwischen privaten und öffentlichen Akteuren für die Verfolgung von Lobbyingstrategien in Lobbyingnetzwerken auf europäischer Ebene haben
