Zusammenfassung
Jugendliche zählen seit ihrer Erfindung als epistemisches Objekt zu den Problemgruppen, auf die sich Wissenschaft und Politik beziehen, wenn es darum geht, Aktivität und Erkenntnisse zu präsentieren. Historische Konjunkturen der Thematisierung schieben je nach gesellschaftlicher Situation unterschiedliche Problemdiagnosen in den Vordergrund. Aktuell sind es die aufblühenden Neurowissenschaften, die sich daran machen, auch das Problem Jugend zu bearbeiten.
