Psychologische Abläufe während des Interviews lassen sich leichter verstehen, wenn man ein einfaches Modell der Aufgaben für den Befragten im Antwortprozess unterstellt. Ein solches Modell wurde 1984 von Roger Tourangeau vorgestellt (Abbildung 2.1).
