Supervision – a triangle of drama in transition

Abstract

In this chapter, I present my view of the supervising process and share my way of doing supervision in different settings, such as direct supervision of the trainees in advanced training groups; supervision of assistants in my therapy group; and supervision of a supervisee’s own practice. My purpose is to inspire colleagues to a greater freedom in both using their creativity and inventing new techniques.
