Abstract

A school can be definded as an organization formed by a group of people working together in order to achieve specific purposes. Endowed with a certain autonomy, the members of the school have the responsibility for establishing the objectives and principles that guide their daily practice, as well as determining how the different functions are to be carried out and distributed.
