Zusammenfassung
Am 11. Februar 2011 standen die zentralen Feierlichkeiten zum Jahrestag der iranischen Revolution in Teheran unter einem neuen Zeichen: den Umbrüchen in der arabischen Nachbarschaft . Zu Jahresbeginn war der tunesische Machthaber Ben Ali außer Landes gefl ohen, just am Tag der Feierlichkeiten in Iran kapitulierte der ägyptische Präsident Hosni Mubarak vor dem Volkszorn.
