Zusammenfassung
Als dritte und am weitesten gefasste Ebene geopolitischer Identität soll im Rahmen dieser Arbeit auch eine Form der transnationalen Identität berücksichtigt werden. Unter dem Begriff der transnationale Identität sollen im Kontext dieser Arbeit, wenn nicht anders angegeben, sowohl a) die Identifizierung mit mehreren Nationen, b) die Identifikation mit Europa als auch c) die Identifikation mit der Welt insgesamt verstanden werden.
