Zusammenfassung

Etwa zeitgleich mit dem Start der Beitrittsverhandlungen mit der Europäischen Union im Jahre 2004 begann die Türkei auch am europaweiten ERASMUS Austauschprogramm teilzunehmen. Seither nimmt die Zahl der ausländischen Studierenden in der Türkei und der türkischen Studierenden im Ausland stetig zu.
