Abstract
In the wake of revelations about harm done in the early twenty-first century to countless citizens not just in the United States but also globally because of inadequate regulation in some countries of giants in the financial industry, it is hardly noticed that the massive enterprise of psychiatric diagnosis is entirely unregulated and causes harm to countless citizens in dozens of countries across the globe.
