Zusammenfassung

Die Aussagen und Bewertungen der Befragten wurden im Rahmen des hier vorgestellten Forschungsprojektes vornehmlich mittels geschlossener Fragen erfasst, in der Regel wurden Ratingskalen verwendet. Die Datenerfassung, -aufbereitung und -analysen wurden mittels SPSS 15.0 durchgeführt.
