Abstract
Der Beitrag beantwortet zwei Forschungsfragen. Zum Einen, ob alternative Spiritualitäten in Europa eine quantitativ bedeutsame Religion darstellen und so zum Pluralismus des religiösen Feldes beitragen. Zum Anderen, warum Individuen einen spirituellen Glauben anstelle einer säkularen Weltanschauung oder eines kirchenreligiösen Glaubens annehmen.
