Zusammenfassung

Das angewandte Verfahren der Konfliktmediation besteht in der Praxis aus zwischenmenschlicher Interaktion und steht somit einer Erforschung mit Hilfe von Theorien und Methoden aus den Sozialwissenschaften grundsätzlich offen. Davon zeugen zwischenzeitlich unzählige Studien aus den unterschiedlichsten Disziplinen, und selbst Handbücher mit Anleitungen zur methodengeleiteten Erforschung von Konfliktbearbeitungsprozessen finden sich auf dem Publikationsmarkt (vgl. Druckman 2005).
