Zussamenfassung
Im Jahr 1978 wird Christa Wolf für den Roman Kindheitsmuster der Bremer Literaturpreis verliehen. Der Roman erschien im Dezember 1976 mit einer Auflage von 60.000 Exemplaren im Berliner Aufbau-Verlag und war Anfang 1977 bereits vergriffen. In ihrer Dankesrede mit dem Titel »Ein Satz« vom 26.1.1978 nimmt Christa Wolf eine kritische Analyse der gegenwärtigen Sprache vor.
