Zusammenfassung

Die bisherigen Kapitel haben gezeigt, wie im Rahmen von SAP R/3 ein System einer operativen internen Erfolgsrechnung aufgebaut und zur Unterstützung von Entscheidungen verwendet werden kann. Der Gegenstand des betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereichs Controlling ist jedoch weiter. Das vorliegende Kapitel geht auf den Gegenstand des Controlling ein und zeigt auf, inwieweit SAP durch sein Produkt R/3 bzw. neuere Software-Entwicklungen den Anforderungen an ein modernes Controlling genügt.
