Zusammenfassung

Am Ausgang der Verarbeitungsschritte Pulskompression und Dopplerverarbeitung können unvermeidbar noch folgende Clutter- oder Restclutter-Arten auftreten:

    Regenclutter

  2. 2.

    Seeclutter

  3. 3.

    Ziel-Eigenclutter (Nebenkeulen eines Zielechos bei Pulskompression)

  4. 4.

    Bodenclutter

  5. 5.

    Echos des Straßenverkehrs

  6. 6.

    Angelclutter (vorwiegend Echos von Vogelgruppen)

Durch geeignete CFAR-Methoden (Constant False Alarm Rate) muß man dafür sorgen, daß beim Eintritt in solche Cluttergebiete einerseits die Falschalarmwahrscheinlichkeit angenähert konstant bleibt, andererseits aber noch Ziele entdeckt werden, deren Echoleistung die des Clutters deutlich übersteigt (Superclutter Visibility).
