Zusammenfassung

Zur Veranschaulichung und Konkretisierung der bislang theoretisch erarbeiteten Grundlagen soll im folgenden anhand eines praktischen Beispiels die Anwendung eines Führungsinformationssystems und die eingesetzte Software beschrieben und bewertet werden. Dabei soll u.a. verdeutlicht werden, wie sehr der Einsatz eines Führungsinformationssystems von der Größe, Struktur, Branche und Kultur des jeweiligen Unternehmens abhängig ist.
