Zusammenfassung
Aus betriebswirtschaftlicher Sicht gibt es für den Begriff „Führung“ 1 eine funktionelle und eine institutionelle Betrachtungsweise2. Als Führungsfunktionen werden die Tätigkeiten des Führens bezeichnet. Diese umfassen sowohl die personenorientierten Komponenten der Menschenführung, welche die Betreuung, Förderung und Motivation der Mitarbeiter einschließen3, als auch die sachorientierten Komponenten der Planung, Organisation und Kontrolle4.
