Zusammenfassung

Allgemein läßt sich Wandel als die Differenz der Ausprägungsgrade mindestens eines Merkmals eines Bezugsobjektes zwischen mindestens zwei Zeitpunkten definieren.1 Diese komparativ-statische Auffassung konstatiert jedoch nur die Veränderung eines Zustandes oder Verhaltens des Bezugsobjektes. Um zu einer dynamischen Betrachtungsweise zu gelangen, müssen neben dem Ergebniszustand noch die Determinanten und der Prozeß der Veränderung selbst berücksichtigt werden.
