Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden Änderungen im Umsystem von Banken und Versicherungen, die Auswirkungen auf den Wettbewerb an den Märkten für Finanzdienstleistungen und die geschäftspolitischen Strategien, mit denen die Unternehmen in dieser Situation reagieren, behandelt. Anschließend wird betrachtet, über welche Qualifikationen das Personal in Zukunft verfügen sollte, um die Strategien erfolgreich umzusetzen, und welche Rolle die Personalentwicklung bei dem Aufbau und der Anpassung dieser Qualifikationen übernimmt. Schließlich wird der „State of the Art“ des Einsatzes von Teachware in Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen dargestellt, damit in der abschließenden Diskussion beurteilt werden kann, inwieweit das Potential des CAI in Banken und Versicherungen ausgenutzt wird und was in dieser Richtung verbessert werden kann.
