Die verschiedenen Ideologien, die hinter solchen Tendenzen stehen, werden kritisiert, einige konkrete Maßnahmen, mit denen diese Bewegung verbunden ist, werden diskutiert und es wird festgestellt, welche Konsequenzen hierbei eingetreten oder zu erwarten sind.
