Eine Anwendungsmöglichkeit von Prolog ist die Erstellung von Programmen zur Verarbeitung geschriebener Sprache. Die meisten Prolog-Systeme bieten hierzu ein fertiges Konzept an (sogenannte „Grammatikregeln“). In diesem Kapitel wird das Konzept und seine Realisierung vorgestellt.
