Zusammenfassung
In der Fertigungstechnik wurden in jüngster Zeit Bearbeitungsverfahren für Laserstrahlung entwickelt, die bei Erhöhung der Leistungsdichten am Werkstück eine weitere Steigerung der Prozesseffizienz verbunden mit Zeit- und Kostenersparnissen erwarten lassen. Um das Potential für eine Skalierung zu höchsten Laserleistungen bei unvermindert guter Strahlqualität auszuloten, wurden die Optimierungsmöglichkeiten schnell längsgeströmter HF-Gasentladungen untersucht.
