Relationship Games: Creating Competitive Advantage Through Cooperation

  • Chapter

Abstract

At no time in modern history have countries and companies been more interdependent and have experienced drastic changes in the world markets as in the last two decades. These changes are forcing companies to find new ways to build and maintain their competitive strength. Now that our realities and the environment we live in are changing so rapidly and constantly, the companies need not only keep pace with these developments but also have to manage this continuous change. Moreover, due to the increasing interdependence of companies, it has become important for companies to efficiently manage their relationships with other companies and organisations.
