Zusammenfassung
Zur Analyse der Wirkungen von Ingredient-Branding-Strategien auf das Kaufverhalten gilt es zunächst, einen übergeordneten Bezugsrahmen zu entwerfen. Ein solcher Bezugsrahmen hat die Funktion, Vorstellungen über die komplexe Realität zu strukturieren bzw. zu systematisieren und die Generierung von Untersuchungshypothesen zu unterstützen. Der Bezugsrahmen kann also als Suchfeld angesehen werden, in dem die Identifikation der relevanten Wirkungsbeziehungen erfolgt.529 Demzufolge wird der Bezugsrahmen zunächst einfach strukturiert sein und im weiteren Verlauf der Untersuchung einen zunehmenden Detaillierungsgrad erfahren.
