Zusammenfassung
Kooperationsunterstützung und Medienintegration sind die großen Herausforderungen bei dem Ziel, menschliches Handeln in seiner ganzen Komplexität informationstechnisch zu unterstützen. Wir betrachten beide Aspekte mit Bezug auf die Mensch-Computer-Interaktion und identifizieren hier Arbeitsplatz- und Medienintegration als Kernprobleme, die in der heutigen Benutzerschnittstellenentwicklung ungenügend reflektiert werden. Wir stellen schließlich eine Vorgehensweise zur Entwicklung arbeitsplatz- und medienintegrierter Benutzerschnittstellen vor, die Teil einer Entwicklungsumgebung für kooperative Anwendungen ist. Zentrale Konzepte unseres Ansatzes sind Arbeitsszenarien zur Kooperationsbeschreibung und Modalitätenplanung basierend auf problemnahen Charakterisierungen von Interaktionen und Medien.
