Auch in Polen ist — wie auf der ganzen Welt — eine verstärkte Entwicklung hin zum Online-Banking zu beobachten. Internetbanken sind im Gegensatz zu traditionellen Banken vollständig auf das Direktmarketing zur Kundengewinnung und -bindung angewiesen.
Auch bei Inteligo, einer führenden Internetbank in Polen, ist das Aufspüren aussichtsreicher potenzieller Neukunden ein kritischer Erfolgsfaktor. Die klassischen Methoden der Adressselektion hatten sich für das Unternehmen jedoch bereits erschöpft.
Durch ungewöhnliche Analysemethoden wurden weitere Beziehungen zwischen Produkten und Kunden entdeckt. So konnte eine völlig neue Zielgruppe angesprochen werden.
Inteligo gewann aus diesen Zielsegmenten 30 Prozent aller adressierten Personen als Neukunden.
