Zusammenfassung
Die Familie ist eine der kennzeichnendsten Institutionen menschlicher Gesellschaften, aber es besteht kein Grund zu der Annahme, daß alle Institutionen ihren Ursprung und ihre Erklärung in der Familie haben und daß alle Unterordnungs-, Kooperations- und Solidaritätsbeziehungen ihr „Muster“ in den Beziehungen zwischen Eltern, Kindern, Ehepartnern und Verwandten finden.
