Zusammenfassung
Während im Gemeinkosten-Controlling die Frage lautet, ob die Kostenstellen ihre Leistung wirtschaftlich anbieten, geht es im Produktkosten-Controlling darum, ob bei der Herstellung der Produkte die Produktionsfaktoren wirtschaftlich verwendet wurden. Ziel des Produktkosten-Controlling ist also neben der Dokumentation von Istkosten der Produkte die Wirtschaftlichkeitskontrolle des Produktionsprozesses.
