Zusammenfassung
Die Problemstellung hat verdeutlicht, daß die Budgetierung Ausdruck der zukunftsorientierten Unternehmensplanung sein soll. Für die Budgetierung der F&E gilt diese Forderung noch viel mehr, handelt es sich doch bei dieser betrieblichen Funktion um die Überlebenssicherung des Unternehmens.30 Nur eine F&E-Budgetierung, die die zukünftige Umsatz- oder Gewinnentwicklung als Orientierungsgröße heranzieht, kann das langfristige Überleben eines Unternehmens durch neue Umsatzpotentiale tatsächlich gewährleisten.31
