Zusammenfassung
Eine rasch zunehmende Anzahl von Unternehmen beschäftigt sich derzeit mit Fragen der Einführung von Gruppenarbeit. Besonders augenfällig ist dies in der europäischen, vor allem auch in der deutschen Autoindustrie. Namhafte Fahrzeughersteller, die noch vor kurzem in erster Linie auf hoch arbeitsteilige Produktion und den Einsatz neuer Technologien setzten, bekunden nun ihre Absicht, ‘flächendeckend’ Gruppenarbeit einzuführen. Was ist geschehen?
