Zusammenfassung

Projektmanagement ist ein sehr komplexes System vieler in sich geschlossener Bereiche. Wie in jeder Disziplin vollziehen sich auch im Projektmanagement Entwicklungen sehr dynamischer Art. So genießen bestimmte Fragestellungen zeitweise herausragende Bedeutung, werden dann zu Routinethemen oder verlieren ganz ihre Gewichtigkeit. Für den Projektmanager besteht die Notwendigkeit, diese Trends zu erkennen und aufzugreifen, um sein Handeln und seine Kompetenzen diesen Anforderungen anpassen zu können.
