Zusammenfassung
Organisationales Lernen ist nicht mit der Summe individuellen Lernens gleichzusetzen; oftmals wird aber eine Analogie zwischen beiden angenommen. Heterogene Ansätze des organisationalen Lernens dienen als mögliche Quelle für eine Anwendung auf der Interorganisationsebene. Allerdings wird hier besonders die Unbestimmtheit des dem organisationalen Lernen zugrundeliegenden Organisationsbegriffes offensichtlich. Systemtheoretische Ansätze verdeutlichen dieses Problem weiter. Dazu werden Perspektiven des interorganisationalen Lernens aufgezeigt, die sich mit systemtheoretischen Annahmen vereinbaren lassen.
