Zusammenfassung
Bei zunehmender Dynamik der Märkte kommt der Markenführung und damit auch ihrer Organisation eine immer zentralere Bedeutung als Erfolgsfaktor zu. Steigende Globalisierung sowie Unternehmensübernahmen und -zusammenschlüsse herrschen vor; die Sättigung vieler Märkte nimmt ebenso zu wie die Verkürzung von Produktlebenszyklen in unterschiedlichsten Märkten, und mit schnellerer Kopierbarkeit von Produkten werden auch die Innovationsvorsprünge immer kleiner. Die Kernfragestellung ist dabei, wie Unternehmens- und Markenführungsziele unter erschwerten Umweltbedingungen zu erreichen sind.1
