Als zentral für die Analyse des Verhältnisses zwischen Organisationsmitgliedern sind die Kommunikations-, Macht- und Rollenbeziehungen herausgestellt worden. Anhand dieser Komponenten vor allem ist deshalb zunächst das Ausmaß und die Ausprägung des Interface-Gap zu untersuchen.
