Zusammenfassung

Warum erreichen Entwicklungsprojekte nur so selten die Ziele, die sie sich vorgegeben haben? Warum funktionieren sie in der Realität meist ganz anders, als in den Pla­nungsdokumenten vorgesehen wurde? Und schließlich: Warum brechen viele Projekte wie ein Kartenhaus in sich zusammen, nachdem die externe Förderung eingestellt wurde?
