Zusammenfassung

Die aktuelle Situation in der betrieblichen IV ist durch ständig steigende Kosten1 und durch das Scheitern von 15 bis 25 Prozent aller IS-Projekte gekennzeichnet (Füting/Lang 1993, 48). Außerdem wird von einer Kostenüberschreitung bei IS-Projekten von durchschnittlich 20–30 Prozent berichtet (Kindler 1995, 5). Vor diesem Hintergrund erscheint es notwendig, den Nutzen der geplanten und laufenden IS-Projekte zu überprüfen.
