Zusammenfassung
Ausgehend von der Beobachtung, dass bisherige CSCL-Systeme die für das Lernen notwendigen Kommunikationsprozesse nur unzureichend unterstützen, wird ein für diesen Zweck adäquates Kommunikationsmodell vorgestellt. Aus ihm werden Funktionalitäten einer kollaborativen Lernumgebung abgeleitet, die sich sowohl auf die Ablage von Lernmaterialien als auch auf die Unterstützung der Kommunikation beziehen. Sie wurden in einem prototypischen System umgesetzt und in zwei Fallstudien evaluiert. Abschließend werden die daraus erkennbaren Stärken des Systems sowie Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten dargestellt.
