Zusammenfassung
Es wird die Methode „Sociotechnical Walkthrough“als Ergebnis einer methodischen Reflexion verschiedener Projekte beschrieben, die sich mit der Einführung und Verbesserung von Systemen zur Kooperationsund Kommunikationsunterstützung befassten. Die Methode nutzt Modelle soziotechnischer Systeme zur Unterstützung partizipativer Diskurse und eignet sich für den Einsatz in verschiedenen Konstellationen. Dazu müssen die verwendeten Artefakte mit Hinblick auf die involvierten organisatorischen, sozialen und technischen Strukturen besonderen Anforderungen hinsichtlich einer Kombination von Flexibilität und Verbindlichkeit genügen. Anhand von zwei Fallstudien werden die Vorgehensweise und die damit verbundenen Effekte diskutiert.
