Abstract

In this work, the low-Reynolds k-ε model, with or without Algebraic Reynolds Stress modifications will be used for the numerical modelling of the two-dimensional shock wave / turbulent boundary layer interaction problem, over compression ramps. Two different compression ramps will be used, with corner angles equal to 20 and 24 degrees, according to the experiments performed in the Princeton University [1], [2].
