Zusammenfassung
Der Sinn der §§ 812 ff. BGB besteht darin, eine wirtschaftlich ungerechtfertigte Vermögensverschiebung wieder rückgängig zu machen. Aus diesem Grunde sind die §§ 812 ff. BGB auch immer erst am Schluß der Klausur zu prüfen.
