Abstract
The Swiss medical care system is in crisis. The current system of medical care is of high quality and keeps the great majority of your patients satisfied, but you are having increasing difficulty paying for it. You are trying to figure out how to contain the costs in a way that preserves the good parts of your current system. I have great sympathy for your dilemma as we, and much of the industrial world, have similar problems.
