Zusammenfassung

Von Devianz lässt sich nicht sinnvoll sprechen, ohne dass eine als gültig er achtete Bezugsgröße als deren notwendiges Gegenstück unterstellt wird. In jeder Rede von und jeder Reaktion auf Devianz liegt also ein unhintergehbarer Bezug auf eine soziale Ordnung.
