Zusammenfassung

Vertikales Konfliktmanagement bezieht sich auf Interdependenzen zwischen einer Instanz und den ihr unterstellten Mitarbeitern. Im folgenden untersuchen wir nun Beziehungen zwischen organisatorischen Einheiten, die in der Organisationshierarchie einander nicht nachgeordnet sind. Für solche lateralen Interdependenzen werden wir verschiedene Instrumente des Konfliktmanagements eingehend untersuchen.
